    Get the lox bagel!! I've only been here twice but it's already my favorite. Come here for breakfast or lunch, it's really good!

    The manager at this bagel shop is very rude. She pick and choose who she shows kindness to. The staff is just as rude. There are two girls that's always wonderful to everyone that walk in the door. I'm so disappointed on how I was treated at castskill bagel Co on Cortelyou road, Brooklyn NY.
    I would never shop here again. The bagels are not always fresh. You can't have stale food and bad attitude.

    I have been served the incorrect bagel in non-busy conditions by staff there TWICE now... the alternative is always unsatisfying too. How hard is it to toast and butter a bagel? How hard is it to listen to my order and write it down correctly. What I will do now is double check my order at ever step, showing i dont trust the staff's competency to get it right on their own! Ridiculous

    STEER CLEAR. My friends and I came here today and each got different things (bagel with lox, bagel with veggie cream cheese, and bec) and we all got horrible stomach aches and diarrhea within 2 hours. I don't know what's going on here, but it's not good.

    I ordered the catskill mountain omelet breakfast. Was supposed to have chorizo and queso in it but did not. So whats the point.
